Advise is fixed-scope with a deliverable. Build is milestone-anchored with time-and-materials behind it. Deliver is a quarterly retainer with defined outcomes.
Pragmatic, not religious. Frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic where it earns its keep; open-weight models where latency or sovereignty demands them; custom heads where neither fits.
We treat compliance posture as a system surface, not a clause. Audit trails, drift reviews, and retention rules are first-class from the first sprint, not a retrofit.
